At Vivid Dental we want to go further than just cleaning your teeth, we will get to know you, put your needs and concerns first, and work to make you feel like you are a part of our family, too.

When To Arrive For Your Appointment

As a new dental patient, please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit so that we can file all of your information correctly and have you in the chair right on schedule!

What To Bring To Your Appointment

Please bring a photo ID, a copy of your insurance card and your completed new patient forms. If you have your previous dental records and x-rays please provide these as well!

When To Expect Your First Cleaning

We love having a healthy mouth and want you to enjoy one as quickly as possible. However, your first cleaning cannot be completed until we have diagnosed any symptoms or developing issues that could point to larger health issues.

How To Pay For Your Appointment

We accept credit and debit card payments as well as written checks. We work with most insurances and offer financing options through our in-house payment plans and CareCredit.

What Your Dentist Will Do At Your First Visit

Before one of our dentists or hygienists can provide any larger services for a new patient, a comprehensive oral exam must be conducted to determine your best treatment plan.
