Having been raised in the army, I came to North Carolina in 1988 and fell in love with the beauty of this state and the good people here. After graduating from college my wife and I settled in North Carolina in 2005 and have called it home ever since. I graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 2011. While there I enjoyed several extramural rotations including serving at the VA Hospital in Asheville working with our disabled vets, and Gaston County Community Clinic in Gastonia working with an underserved population.
My goal is to be a lifelong student of the art of dentistry and to take care of my patients in a manner that I would want to be treated. My overarching desire is to have my patients be treated well and be comfortable and safe with the care they receive. I hope to pass along that knowledge of the art of dentistry so that I can empower my patients to make their own decisions on the best course of treatment so they can enjoy a healthy smile the rest of their life.
Memberships include the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
My wife and I have three beautiful children and when we’re not at home or in the yard playing and gardening we’re out traveling and enjoying this beautiful country.
