How does the plan work?
1. Signup for Vivid Dental Discount Plan
2. Receive membership card in the mail
3. Select your dentist from the list of Vivid Neighborhood Dentists
4. Make an appointment with a Vivid Neighborhood Dentist
5. Present card to staff before procedure to receive your discount

Do I have to submit an application and await approval?
No. Vivid Dental approves everyone who fills out an application and submits payment.

If I have dental insurance, can I still become a member of Vivid?
The Vivid Dental Discount Plan does not work with insurance. The goal of Vivid Dental is to provide quality dental health care to those who would not be able to afford quality care without the assistance of Vivid Dental.

What Dentist can I go to?
You must go to a provider from the Vivid Family of Neighborhood Dentists to receive your discount. Click the search for a provider link at the top
left corner to see the Vivid Dental Family of Neighborhood Dentists in your area.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Search for a provider in your area and call the phone number corresponding to that Vivid Neighborhood Dentist.

What is the benefit period?
Your membership with Vivid is valid one (1) year from the day your membership became active. A membership is active on the day in which payment is received.
